All about the Oil Mist Separators

Oil Mist Separator is a term for filter systems which are used where a motors or turbines operate, e.g. power stations. In order to ensure failure-free operation, the turbine bearings are lubricated. During operation friction causes emergence of heat which leads to oil mist. Such oil mist is often led into the atmosphere and not filtered.

Our Oil Mist Separators offer optimal solution. With constant vacuum, oil mist is extracted from turbine bearings. In the filter housing the finest oil mist droplets get coalesced and flow back into the lube oil tank. It is a clean cycle which saves money and protects the environment.

The following chapters provide more information about the functional principle and application of Oil Mist Separators.
